ZeroLemon’s Battery Case Adds 4700mAh To LG G7 ThinQ

ZeroLemon has debuted its battery case for the LG G7 ThinQ (also works on the LG G7+ ThinQ, as the only difference is more storage and RAM). This battery case adds an external battery to the LG G7 ThinQ that can charge the phone while you're on the go. It's not the prettiest looking battery case out there, but it does its job, which is to keep the phone going all-day long. And that is achieved with a 4700mAh capacity battery in the case.

This case from ZeroLemon does make the LG G7 ThinQ a bit bulky, which is not a huge surprise, considering the fact that it does add a pretty hefty battery. But, ZeroLemon has only made the bottom portion of the case thicker, as the top part is just as thick as before (a tad thicker with the TPU case around it). This actually works really well for taking photos with the LG G7 ThinQ, as it is easier to hold onto with one hand, when in landscape mode, and not worry about putting your hand over the camera lens. Now this design was needed for the LG G7 ThinQ, because of the wide-angle camera on the smartphone. If the entire back had been that thick, then it would get in the way of the camera, and pretty much make that wide-angle lens useless.

Besides having a much thicker phone here, this is another downside with this case. File transfer and NFC won't be supported with the case on the LG G7 ThinQ. That means no Google Pay support, you'd need to remove the case for it to work. This isn't a surprise, seeing as there would be a lot of battery between the NFC chip and the terminal for Google Pay. But it is something you'll need to think about before you do decide to use this case each and every day. The ZeroLemon TPU Battery Case for the LG G7 ThinQ is priced at $39.99, and you can pick it up from Amazon using the link below.
