Samsung Galaxy S7 Oreo update reaches Korea, Note8 gets May patch

Samsung has expanded the roll out for the Galaxy S7/S7 edge Oreo update, with South Korea becoming the latest market to get it.

The company had to halt the roll out of the update in the UK after reboot reports. However, the roll out resumed quickly, and the new expansion suggests the bugs have been succesfully squashed.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy Note8 has also started getting a new update. Arriving as version N950U1UES4CRE1, the firmware is hitting unlocked units in North America, bringing the Android May security patch.
