Samsung named most beloved brand in Asia for ninth consecutive year

Samsung Electronics was recently named the most beloved brand in Asia, and it has been at the top position for nine years consecutively. The South Korean tech giant was placed at the top among 1,000 brands, and it won the highest rank in five major categories, according to the report.

A survey conducted by market research firms Campaign Asia-Pacific and Nielsen took into account answers from 8,400 people across fourteen nations in Asia. Samsung emerged to the top, followed by Apple Panasonic, LG, Nestle, Sony, Nike, Chanel, Google, and Philips.

Samsung was chosen as the best smart home technology brand, the best smartphone brand, the most powerful brand, and the most sustainable brand in Asia. The report stated that the South Korean firm's continuous investment in innovation largely contributed to the result. The Galaxy Fold was counted among Samsung's exceptional initiatives.

The company's corporate outreach activities such as educational programs at Samsung Innovation Campus and the annual employee volunteer program, Samsung Love and Care, were highly rated in the new report.
