Both Google and Apple offer a for-the-masses AR platform for their respective ecosystems, in the form of ARKit and ARCore, which can be implemented by developers to create all kinds of interesting experiences. But getting into augmented reality is not an easy thing for people without any programming experience, and Google wants to change this.

Apple has decided to postpone new features in iOS in favor of improving the reliability and performance of the operating system, as according to a report by Axios. According to the report, Craig Federighi, Senior Vice President, Software Engineering, announced the revised plan to employees at a meeting earlier this month. This pushes features like refresh of the homescreen and in-car user interface, improvements to core apps like Mail and camera experience to 2019. Google’s December 2018 security patch includes much-needed RAM management fix

Every first Monday of the month, we're used to seeing Google launch security patches for its supported devices. This month is no different, as Google has released the December 2018 security patch. The patch not only fixes a bunch of security bugs, but also features the long awaited memory performance fixes. Android Pie has long been killing apps in the background (even if you were using them a second ago) and it's even affected devices other than Pixel /Nexus devices and we hope this fix will help. There are also some camera fixes for Pixel users included as well. Surprisingly, we're seeing the updates hit the Nexus 5X and 6P, both of which have reached their end of life. It's good to see Google support these old devices even when their three years are up and the company has no obligation to update them. December's software release is here. OnePlus 6 Official Wallpapers Now Available: Download

OnePlus had introduced its new flagship, the OnePlus 6 , yesterday, and if you've wanted to get your hands on the wallpapers that get included on the phone, well, you're in luck. The OnePlus 6's official set of wallpapers popped up on Hampus Olsson's website, a person who designed them for OnePlus. If you check out the gallery down below, you will be able to see all of those wallpapers, though keep in mind that they are compressed, if you'd like to get them in their full size, click the download link / banner which is located below the article. That link will take you to Mr. Olsson's website, where all of these wallpapers are available in 2K, 4K, and Never Settle versions, same as last year.
