Check out the modern, 3D updates Studio Bot available in 170+ countries After the announcement of Studio Bot at Google I/O 2023, many developers outside the US were eager to get their hands on it. We heard your feedback, and now Studio Bot is available in over 170 countries in the Android Studio Canary build. Read more What's new in Jetpack Compose The latest version of Jetpack Compose focuses on performance improvements, with significant parts of the modifier refactor that began in the October '22 release now merged. Modifiers achieve an up to 80% improvement in composition time. Also, BasicText has moved to a new rendering system backed by the modifier work. Read more Jetpack Compose Accompanist libraries update Accompanist has been an excellent opportunity to try out ideas and incubate experiments. Some libraries have upstreamed to the main Compose libraries, but only some experiments succeed. So, System UI Controller, Material/AppCompat Theme Adapters, Pager Indicators, Placeholder, and WebView are now deprecated. Also, the Drawable Painter and Permissions libraries are considered feature-complete.
