Android Smartphones_HTC_Aero_One-A9_twitter post_083015According to a recent tweet from Evan Blass, HTC’s upcoming flagship smartphone will be known as the HTC One A9. According to recent reports, the A in A9 stands for Aero. The new flagship will likely hit the market in late 2015 or early 2016 and will likely be the first ever smartphone to be powered by a deca-core processor.

The HTC One M9 rumors are beginning to heat up. We’re expecting the flagship to include a Quad HD (1440 x 2560 pixels) display, a first of its kind deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 processor backed with 4GB of RAM and an improved rear-facing camera with support for RAW photography.

We’re expecting the HTC One A9 to launch on AT&T and be priced between $500 – $600 off contract. We should find out more in the coming months.

Samsung to build a P3 ‘total semiconductor factory’ in Pyeongtaek by 2021

It hasn't been long since Samsung completed the construction of its P2 semiconductor plant in Pyeongtaek, but now, the company is preparing to build its 3rd 'P3' semiconductor factory in the same city in the Gyeonggi Province. According to reports from the local media , Samsung wants to start constructing the P3 plant in September and make it fully operational by the end of 2021. The P3 plant will reportedly be 300 meters longer than the existing P2 plant, topping a total of 700 meters in length. Constructing the building itself should take roughly a year, and a few additional months will be needed to install the necessary equipment and ready it for mass production. Sony Announces Smaller Digital Paper E-Ink Writing Tablet

Sony has now announced a smaller follow-up to last year's Digital Paper E-ink writing tablet, the DPT-RP1. That's according to a new announcement made today via Sony's official blog. The new tablet – also dubbed with Digital Paper branding but sold under the model number DPT-CP1 – seems to be the same basic design as the previous model. However, while that earlier device was sized as close as possible to A4 paper with a 13.3-inch display, the new model drops to A5 with a 10.3-inch display. That should make its use much easier under a wider number of circumstances since it will arguably be easier to hold in one hand while writing with the other.  However, there will certainly be other benefits as well.
