Samsung opens new Experience Store in Brussels

Samsung has opened a new Experience Store in the Docks Bruxsel shopping centre in Brussels, Belgium. The brick-and-mortar establishment is home to a flurry of mobile devices from the South Korean company, including smartphones, smartwatches, headphones, VR headsets and accessories.

Like all of the other Experience Stores scattered around the world, potential customers visiting the Docks Bruxsel location are given the opportunity to try out the product they’re interested in before purchasing it. However, what’s unique about this particular venue is that it also doubles as an order pick-up centre.

Several after-sales services are also offered in the Experience Store in the Docks Bruxsel shopping centre, such as a smartphone repair program that promises to have devices repaired and ready for collection within less than an hour of receiving them.
