Galaxy Tab S4 Android 10 One UI 2.1 update out in USA and Canada

The Android 10 and One UI 2.1 update is now rolling out to the Wi-Fi variant of the Galaxy Tab S4. The update was released for the LTE variant of the tablet a few days back, but the Wi-Fi variant is now being updated as well, starting with the US and Canada. The update will no doubt make its way to other markets soon.

Android 10 and One UI 2.1 introduce a slew of new features, including an improved Dark Mode (previously Night mode), new navigation gestures, refreshed icons and colors, smoother animations, a clutter-free camera app, a trash option for Samsung apps such as Contacts and My Files, Digital Wellbeing, an improved Samsung Keyboard with multilingual translation and text undo/redo features, and new sharing features called Quick Share and Music Share. There are plenty of user interface improvements as well.

Also included in the update is the June 2020 security patch, details of which can be seen here. Users in the US and Canada can download the update over their air from their tablet's Settings » Software update menu using the Download and install option or grab the Android 10 firmware from our firmware archive for a manual upgrade. After installing the 1.7GB update, your tablet will be on software version T830XXU4CTF5.

Thanks for the screenshots, Jake!
