Upcoming Google Play and Android deadlines

GCMNetworkManager:

April 2020: FirebaseJobDispatcher library will be archived and no longer supported.

November 2020: GCMNetworkManager library will stop receiving new features or support.

TargetSDK:

August 3, 2020: new apps must target at least Android 10 (API level 29).

November 2, 2020: all app updates must target at least Android 10 (API level 29).

Google I/O update: out of concern for the health and safety of our developers, employees, and local communities — and in line with "shelter in place" requirements by the local Bay Area government — we sadly will not be holding an I/O event in any capacity this year.
