Samsung outs its first Gear S3 video commercial

After unveiling its third-generation Gear S smartwatch earlier today, Samsung has released its first video commercial for the Gear S3. The video showcases both the variants of the smartwatch, the Gear S3 classic and the Gear S3 frontier, along with various new features and watchfaces.

The Gear S3 brings improved designs for both variants, increased RAM, better resistance to damage, LTE (in one variant), more watchband options, and hugely improved battery life, thanks to a 52 percent larger battery capacity. Have a look at the first official video that’s embedded below.

AT&T rolls out improved prepaid plans

AT&T today rolled out some changes to its prepaid plans , and they're all for the better. First up, AT&T has ditched its 6GB plan and replaced it with an 8GB plan. The regular price of the 8GB plan is a bit more than the 6GB plan — $50 vs $45 — but if you enroll in autopay, the 8GB plan will cost you the same $40 per month as the 6GB plan. This plan includes 8GB of high-speed data, unlimited talk and text to Mexico and Canada, and the ability to use your talk, text, and data in Mexico and Canada. Like AT&T's other prepaid plans, it also includes unlimited talk and text in the U.S. Also of note is that AT&T is making its $65 unlimited plan cheaper for those that enroll in autopay. Previously this plan would cost $60 per month with autopay, but now it'll cost $55 per month with autopay. This plan includes unlimited high-speed data but no mobile hotspot or HD video streaming. Once again, the year is drawing to a close. Of course, we also looking back over a year of reporting right here in the office, but what has inspired us the most in the past twelve months? DJI showcased its new Mavic Air drone in New York. The third quadcopter in this series is of similar quality to its predecessors and can also fold its arms for better portability. For its size, no competitor offers so much in terms of photo quality. The drone is available in three colors: marengo grey, white and red. At that time, we announced a job search experience that uses military occupational specialty codes to connect service members and veterans with open jobs that call for skills developed during their time in service.
