Samsung to announce Gear VR with Controller and three tablets at its MWC 2017 event later today

Samsung has reportedly confirmed that it’ll take the wraps off three tablets — Galaxy Book, Galaxy Tab S3 and Galaxy TabPro S2 — and an updated variant of the the Gear VR, which is believed to ship with a handheld controller, at its MWC 2017 event later today.

After the conference, attendees will have an opportunity to enjoy some hands-on time in the VR 4D Experience Zone and learn more about the firm’s recent AR developments, its upcoming Exynos 9 processor and 5G cellular capabilities. A whole host of new C-Lab products will also be on display.

Location-based solution provider Telenav is seeking to disrupt the in-car services industry with a new monetization platform designed to offer a variety of in-car services such as free navigation to consumers and monetize them through advertising. Originally announced at Las Vegas, Nevada-based Consumer Electronics Show in January, Telenav's offering is effectively targeted at bringing the ad-supported software business model that already proved its worth in the mobile industry to the in-vehicle tech segment.
