Galaxy J7+ surfaces with a dual-camera configuration

We’ve known that Samsung is working on a dual-camera variant of the Galaxy J7 (2017) for a while, and now we know what the unit is going to be called: the Galaxy J7+. At least, that’s what a promotional poster obtained by online blog Thai Mobile Center has led us to believe.

Nothing’s set in stone at present, but according to recent leaks, rumors and speculation, the handset’s dual-camera will comprise of both a 13-megapixel (f/1.7) and a 5-megapixel (f/1.9) lens, which should work together to power the firm’s brand new Live Focus portrait mode.

Other notable specifications include a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED Full HD display, an Exynos 7870 octa-core processor, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable internal storage, a 16-megapixel front-facing shooter, a 3,000mAh non-removable battery and a dedicated Bixby button.

The Galaxy J7+ will be available in three stunning colors—black, gold and pink—when it hits the shelves in Thailand. Unfortunately, we don’t have a specific launch date, but seeing as Samsung has already drawn up all of the promotional material, it’s probably right around the corner.
