Samsung launches a new 43-inch version of The Frame TV

Samsung unveiled The Frame TV concept at CES 2017 earlier this year. The idea behind this product is to make it blend into the background and display artwork. To some, it might look like an actual photo frame at first glance than a TV.

Samsung announced three months ago that it’s releasing The Frame TV globally. It held a launch event at a museum or gallery in each launch market to highlight The Frame TV’s design and features.

Available in 55-inch and 65-inch models, the TV offers UHD picture quality. Customers can get it with various frame options that range from Walnut, Oak, and White. The TV’s Art Mode feature enables it to show exclusive works of art like paintings.

Samsung announced the launch of a new 43-inch version of The Frame TV at its IFA 2017 press event yesterday. It has also partnered with leading art galleries and museums to enhance it further as an art-centric device.

The company has also announced a new partnership with the Prado museum. It plans to acquire almost 1,000 prominent art pieces which customers will be able to access via The Frame’s Art Store soon.

Samsung is yet to confirm the pricing and availability details for its new 43-inch model of The Frame TV.
