OUKITEL Introduces K & C Series Smartphones At MWC 2019

OUKITEL has introduced several new smartphones at this year's Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. The company has unveiled the OUKITEL K9, K12, C13 Pro, and C15 Pro. Let's talk more about each of them, shall we.

OUKITEL K9 & K12

The OUKITEL K9 and K12 belong in the company's big battery series of smartphones, and both come with pretty huge battery packs, the K9 includes a 6,000mAh unit, while the K12 includes a 10,000mAh unit.

The OUKITEL K9 features a 7.12-inch fullHD+ display with a waterdrop notch at the top. The phone will support 5V/6A charging, and it will become available in May, says OUKITEL. The OUKITEL K12, on the other hand, will also sport a waterdrop notch, but it will include a 6.3-inch fullHD+ IPS display. Leather will be included on the back of this phone, and the phone will also support 5V/6A charging. OUKITEL says that it will take you less than two hours to fully charge this phone's 10,000mAh battery pack.

OUKITEL C13 Pro & C15 Pro

The OUKITEL C13 Pro and C15 Pro will become available for pre-order starting next week, says OUKITEL, and both of these phones will be extremely affordable, notes the company. The OUKITEL C13 Pro will feature a 6.18-inch IPS display with a display notch, similar to the iPhone X, actually.

The phone will be fueled by the MediaTek MT6739 64-bit quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz, and the device will include 2GB of RAM. The OUKITEL C13 Pro will also ship with 16GB of internal storage, which you will be able to expand using a microSD card up to 64GB. The phone will include a 3,000mAh battery, a 5-megapixel selfie camera, and Android 9 Pie will come pre-installed on the device.

The OUKITEL C15 Pro will sport a 6.088-inch 1280 x 600 display, while the MediaTek MT6761 64-bit quad-core SoC clocked at 2.0GHz will fuel it. This phone will ship with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, while you will be able to find two 8-megapixel cameras on its back. A 5-megapixel selfie camera will also be a part of the package, while Android 9 Pie will come pre-installed on the phone. A 3,200mAH battery will also be included here, and it will not be removable.

OUKITEL has showcased all of these devices at MWC 2019, as you can see in the gallery down below. The company brought a number of additional devices to Barcelona, but it says that these four models were the most popular with consumers, probably because they're the newest.

Apple is postponing new iOS features in favor of reliability and performance

Apple has decided to postpone new features in iOS in favor of improving the reliability and performance of the operating system, as according to a report by Axios. According to the report, Craig Federighi, Senior Vice President, Software Engineering, announced the revised plan to employees at a meeting earlier this month. This pushes features like refresh of the homescreen and in-car user interface, improvements to core apps like Mail and camera experience to 2019. What we will get this year is improvements to AR, digital health and parental controls. Apart from that, the OS will largely feature improvements to performance and user experience.
