New app and game icon specification: starting May 1st, a new icon system to better fit diverse developer artwork for Google Play's various UI layouts, form factors, and devices, as well as to bring consistency and a cleaner look to Google Play.
Google Play Developer API: developers using versions 1 and 2 will have to migrate to version 3 by December 1, 2019.
New country seller support: onboarding Croatia where developers can now register for Google Play merchant accounts and sell paid applications, in-app products, and subscriptions on Google Play.
