Huawei Y5 2019 Launched with 5.71″ Notched Display & Leather Back
Huawei has silently launched its Y5 2019 smartphone with a leather back which was leaked earlier. This is an entry-level smartphone which has been listed on the companies official website. This will be the successor of the Huawei Y5 smartphone which was an Android Go smartphone. The handset comes with a waterdrop notch along with a faux leather finish on the back. This new device comes with an anti-fingerprint and wear resistant leather back and will be available in Sapphire Blue, Midnight Black, and Modern Black color variants.
Now talking about the specs sheet of this new handset, it will be flaunting a 5.71-inch display with HD+ (1520 x 720 pixels) resolution and 84.6% screen-to-body ratio. To power the device there is an octa-core 12nm MediaTek Helio A22 processor with a clocking speed of 2.0 GHz. Furthermore, the device is YUV Rheinland certified for blacking Blue light which can be harmful to its users.
The Huawei Y5 2019 will be available in 2GB as 3GB RAM options along with 16Gb and 32GB storage options. There is also a microSD card slot on it via which the storage can be extended up to a maximum of 512GB. The handset will come out of the box with Android 9 Pie operating system based on EMUI 9.0 unlike its predecessor. The device measures 147.13 x 70.78 x 8.45 mm and weighs 146 grams and there is no in-display fingerprint sensor nor a fingerprint sensor on the back since it is all covered with leather. The user needs to adjust only with the facial unlocking system.
As per the optics are concerned, the device comes with a 13MP autofocus camera on the rear coupled with f/1.8 aperture and a 5MP fixed focus selfie camera. There is a 3020mAh battery on the back that is rated to give up to 16 hours of video playback or up to 10 hours of 4G internet browsing.
