Samsung has launched the Sunrise Gold Galaxy S9 Plus in India. The phone will be available from June 20, with pre-orders starting today at the Samsung store and Flipkart.

The Sunrise Gold S9 Plus comes with 128GB of ROM and a satin gloss finish, but it's otherwise identical to the regular Galaxy S9 Plus variants. Samsung had previously shown-off the handset alongside the burgundy red Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus models — though that model isn't currently scheduled for a release in India.

Samsung announced the device's availability alongside a new TV Control widget that works through the SmartThings app. Samsung says that, when this is enabled, a TV Control widget will automatically pop up on the S9 Plus allowing for two-way screen mirroring and sound mirroring when it's near a compatible television.

The Galaxy S9 Plus Sunrise Gold costs 68,900 rupees (roughly $1015) — the same as the other 128GB S9 Plus models. To sweeten the deal, Samsung is offering 9,000-rupee cashback (~$130) if you purchase the phone with Paytm Mall or ICICI Bank credit cards, as well as a "special one-time screen replacement offer."

You can find out more details at Samsung's official site via the button below and the handset should show up on Flipkart later today. Give us your thoughts on it in the comments below.
