Galaxy A7 Keeps Showing Moisture Detected In Charging Port

Problem: I'm using Samsung Galaxy A7 2017 from almost an year ago the device was working fine until last month. The device keep showing moisture has been detected in charging port. I've done all the procedures you have shared in your article but doesn't work. My device has not even contacted with water.

Solution: If you have made sure that the charging port of the phone is free form any presence of moisture then there's a possibility that the problem could be caused by a software glitch. To check if this is the case you will have to backup your phone data then do a factory reset. If after the reset the problem still persists then this might already be caused by a faulty sensor. The best thing to do right now is to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.

Galaxy A7 Battery Drains Fast

Problem: Hi, my phone will only keep a 4-5 hour charge with everything disabled. Phone also turns off as soon as the battery reads 26%. When plugged in the charging starts at 26% but will not power the phone back on. Also has a hard time with switching between apps that aren't really ram heavy. Battery is by far my biggest concern, had the phone since it first released.

Solution: For this particular problem you will need to backup your phone data then do a factory reset. Once the reset is complete do not install any apps in your phone yet. Try to check first if the issue still occurs. If it does then the battery of the phone might already be faulty. You will need to have this checked at a service center.

Galaxy A7 Recovering Data When Phone Does Not Turn On

Problem: I cant get my A7 to turn on. When I do a soft reset to turn on the phone it comes to the galaxy A7 screen then cuts off. I have tried having the battery replaced but no luck. I'm just want to know if there's a way to get my picture and etc off the device. I live in a small town where we have  phone techs but I would be willing to pay and send it somewhere.

Solution: Unfortunately, there is no way of recovering the data stored in the phone unless it is turned on. If you have synced your data to the cloud then you can check your Google Contacts and Google Photos account to recover the photos and your phone contacts. If your data is not backed up to the cloud then you will need to have the phone checked at a service center.

Galaxy A7 Keeps On Restarting Not Turning On

Problem: Hi there! My galaxy A7 has issues with Snapchat when I downloaded it, the same issues everyone else reported – restarting on its own, freezing, draining battery. It got the the point that one day it kept restarting and then just didn't turn back on. I have kept the phone in case it still might work. Do you know of any solutions? Do you think it is still repairable, could I take it to a phone repair service or do you think it's time has passed

Solution: The best thing you can do right now is to charge the phone first for at least 20 minutes using its wall charger. Once the phone has sufficient charge access the recovery mode tune from here do a factory reset. Take note that this will erase your phone data. If this does not fix the problem then you will need to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.
