The world's first 10GB of RAM phone may not be coming after all

Currently, 8GB is the most amount of RAM that can be found within a smartphone, putting the relatively small devices on par with certain laptops. But recently, a new variant of the Oppo Find X with a whopping 10GB of RAM was certified in China.

This certification suggested Oppo's device would become the first commercially available smartphone to ship with 10GB of RAM. However, according to reliable tipster Ice Universe, the new model, which was also set to include 256GB of internal storage, will not be released.
