PSA: Some Samsung Pay users are experiencing issues with their Samsung Rewards card

If you received a Samsung Rewards card for registering for a Samsung Pay account, there’s a good chance that you may be experiencing some issues when trying to use it as many users have reported that their Rewards card has been declined while trying to pay for goods both online and in-store.

Samsung is still yet to comment on the matter. However, Citibank, which manages the Samsung Rewards scheme, has announced that it’s working with the South Korean company to fix the widespread issue, but it failed to provide an estimated timeframe for when it will be back up and running again.

Samsung releases Galaxy A31 in Malaysia along with deals and freebies

Samsung fans in Malaysia can now buy the company's latest mid-range phone, the Galaxy A31 . It's available in Prism Crush Black, Prism Crush Blue, and Prism Crush White. The phone's official announcement for Malaysia mentions a recommended retail price of RM 1,099 ($257) but the company's online shop tells a different story. As of this writing, Samsung Malaysia is selling the Galaxy A31 for RM 50 less, or RM 1,049 ($245). In addition, Samsung Malaysia is offering free gifts to customers who buy the Galaxy A31 before June 30. Aside from getting an RM 50 discount, buyers will also receive free Protection Plus worth RM 119 ($28). Brazilians love the Galaxy S10 a lot more than the Galaxy S9

Samsung has announced that Galaxy S10 sales are outperforming Galaxy S9 and S9+ sales by 80 percent in Brazil a month after launch. The Galaxy S10 lineup had received twice as many pre-orders as the Galaxy S9 and S9+ in the country , and it looks like things got even better once the devices went on sale. Samsung isn't breaking down numbers by device, however, so we don't know which of the three Galaxy S10s is doing the best. Of course, one can assume it's the Galaxy S10+ leading the charge, but there's no way to say for certain.
