Samsung Details Galaxy Watch Features In Infographic
Samsung has recently released an infographic that details the key selling points of the Samsung Galaxy Watch. The tech firm's latest smartwatch offering incorporates features that help users track their physical activities, stress levels, and sleep cycles. For example, the Galaxy Watch can automatically detect six types of physical activities, monitor 39 different exercise regimens, and record the workout history of the individual. Moreover, the wearable can measure people's stress levels and track their sleep cycles, including the time spent in the REM stage of sleep. The Galaxy Watch also provides a breathing and relaxation guide to help people relieve stress, and it also presents detailed information regarding the individual's sleeping habits.
The Galaxy Watch also includes two useful software features, namely the Morning and Evening Briefing and the My Day functionalities. The Morning and Evening Briefing feature informs the user about the battery status of the device as well as the schedule and the health condition of the user, while the My Day functionality lists down the person's daily activities. The wearable can also detect the location of the user and show the time in the current time zone. Furthermore, people can extensively customize their Galaxy Watch with the help of 12 different pre-installed face designs and the additional 60,000 styles that can be downloaded from the Galaxy App store. Users can also personalize their smartwatches using the eleven original watch strap designs currently offered by Samsung, while 14 more watch band designs that were developed in collaboration with Braloba will also be launched soon.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch is now available for purchase. The device is available in two sizes, which are 42 millimeters and 46 millimeters. There are two color options available for the 42-millimeter watch size, which are Midnight Black and Rose Gold, while only the Silver color option is available for the 46-millimeter size variant of the Galaxy Watch. The 42-millimeter version of the smartwatch contains a 270mAh battery, which offers up to 45 hours of battery life, while the larger 46-millimeter variant contains a 472mAh battery, which can last up to 80 hours of use. The Galaxy Watch supports connectivity features like NFC and LTE, and it also features GPS navigation support.
