It's time for another contest! This time, we've partnered with Beem United to give away six of the company's E300 wireless earbuds, which normally cost $99.99 each.

The E300 features 10.66mm dynamic speaker drivers, fully-configurable EQ presets, an estimated battery life of six hours, and Bluetooth 4.1 support. The design is lightweight, and the earbuds snap together using magnets.

 

If you want to buy a pair for yourself, they're available on Amazon for $99.99. Three colors are available - Metallic Blue, Cool White, and Camo.

This giveaway will run from Wednesday, August 22 to 11:59pm PT on Friday, August 24. Six winners will be selected, and each winner will receive one pair of E300 earbuds.

Apple is postponing new iOS features in favor of reliability and performance

Apple has decided to postpone new features in iOS in favor of improving the reliability and performance of the operating system, as according to a report by Axios. According to the report, Craig Federighi, Senior Vice President, Software Engineering, announced the revised plan to employees at a meeting earlier this month. This pushes features like refresh of the homescreen and in-car user interface, improvements to core apps like Mail and camera experience to 2019. What we will get this year is improvements to AR, digital health and parental controls. Apart from that, the OS will largely feature improvements to performance and user experience. We have seen Apple do this with macOS in the past, where they dedicate one entire update cycle to just refining the OS and make existing features work better. This week during MWC 2018, ASUS unveiled not one but two iPhone X clones which are expected to hit the market with affordable price-tags. Most modern smartphones still support the classic SIM card (well, the nano variant at least), but a gradually growing number of phones and other consumer gadgets are starting to support eSIM . We might not be too far away from yet another change in SIM tech, as devices could soon start using iSIM.
