Huawei P30 Pro Flagship Envisioned In Stunning Set Of Concept Renders
The Huawei P30 and P30 Pro are amongst the most anticipated devices of 2019, and the P30 Pro concept design has just surfaced in both images and video. The Huawei P30 and P30 Pro had surfaced already, several times. And this concept design seems to be based on those leaks, and also rumors, as the design actually seems quite believable, and realistic. This design comes from Waqar Khan YouTube channel, while the designer also attached a number of images that you can take a look at, which are included in the gallery down below, right below the video embed.
The provided video has a duration of three minutes, and it will give you a closer look at this design. It is worth noting, though, that the source did not share any specs for the device, which is to be expected considering this is just a concept design. That being said, the Huawei P30 Pro is envisioned to have four cameras in this concept design, and those four cameras are vertically-aligned here. Next to those cameras, you will notice dual-LED, dual-tone flash, along with some additional sensors, while in the bottom-left portion of the phone's back lies the company's logo. The back side of this phone is curved on the sides, while the device itself is made out of metal and glass, which is fairly easy to notice. The power / lock, volume up, and volume down buttons are located on the right-hand side of this phone, and interestingly enough, the power / lock key is colored differently compared to the phone's volume rocker buttons.
Now, if we flip the phone around, you will notice that it sports extremely thin bezels, though some bezel is still present, though. The phone has a thin "chin" below the display, while it has some bezel at the top as well, but it's almost not noticeable. The waterdrop notch is included on the phone, and above it, you'll notice the phone's earpiece, which is basically embedded into the device's top bezel. The phone's display is curved on the sides, which is something we've already seen on the Mate 20 Pro this year. The designer envisioned this phone in brown, green, and gradient (purple, black, and blue) color options, while it also envisioned an in-display fingerprint scanner for the device.
Huawei P30 vs Huawei P30 Pro
If previous iterations of Huawei's P series of smartphones are any indication, the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro will be quite similar, but there will be some difference between the two. The Huawei P30 and P30 Pro probably won't sport identical camera setups on the back, as the Huawei P30 is expected to sport three cameras on the back, while the P30 Pro will include four, though the image quality will be comparable, probably. The Huawei P30 will be smaller of the two devices, though we still do not have any information as to what the display size will be on these two smartphones. The Huawei P20 sported a 5.8-inch display, while the P20 Pro shipped with a 6.1-inch panel, so it's possible that their successors will sport a similar setup, though Huawei may opt to increase those display sizes a bit. Both phones will be fueled by the same processor, the Kirin 985, at least if rumors are accurate, as that processor has not been announced just yet. The Kirin 985 is actually expected to be quite similar to the Kirin 980 which was announced a couple of months ago, but it will ship with higher clock speeds, and chances are it will come with 5G support as well. If that chip ends up supporting 5G, chances are that Huawei will introduce a separate variant of the P30 which will have 5G support, as regular P30 and P30 Pro units probably will not have support for 5G connectivity. Both phones will include at least 6GB of RAM, while both of them will ship with Android 9 Pie out of the box, with Huawei's Emotion UI (EMUI) 9 skin on top of it. As far as the design is concerned, the two phones will look the same, save for the camera setup on the back, as the P30 will probably miss one of the P30 Pro's cameras. The P30 will, needless to say, be the more affordable smartphone, though both will be quite pricey as both will be categorized as flagship handsets.
