Samsung will roll out the Android Oreo update for the Galaxy J3 (2017), J5 (2017) and J7 (2017) in September. The news arrives via the software updates page of Samsung's Turkish portal (via The Android Soul), though the deployment may not occur in all regions simultaneously.

Samsung says the updates are set to roll out in Turkey from September 28. However, this represents a significant delay from the previously suggested time: according to The Android Soul, the updates were set to roll out on Friday, July 13.
