LG Stylo 4 Joins Amazon’s Prime Exclusive Smartphone Lineup

Amazon has added another smartphone to its Prime Exclusive lineup of smartphones. This time around it's the LG Stylo 4, which is the successor to one of the most popular mid-range smartphones last year, the Stylo 3. LG announced the Stylo 4 a few weeks ago, and it's already available on some prepaid carriers such as Cricket, MetroPCS and Boost Mobile. Amazon will be selling the Stylo 4 for $249, which is $50 lower then the regular price of the smartphone.

The LG Stylo 4 features a 6.2-inch Full HD+ resolution display, with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 under-the-hood, along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. There is also a micro SD card slot available for expanding storage here, should you need some extra space. The Stylo 4 runs on Android 8.1 Oreo – the latest version of Android currently available, and will also have Alexa pre-installed. LG has a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel wide-angle front-facing camera on the Stylo 4. Finally, there is a 3300mAh capacity battery powering the Stylo 4, to make sure it is able to stay fully charged all day long. Of course, you can't forget the included stylus, that makes the Stylo 4 part of the Stylo lineup.

Amazon Prime Exclusive smartphones have changed a bit since they were first announced. Amazon has removed the lockscreen ads, so on these smartphones, the only difference is a few Amazon apps pre-installed like Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Alexa, Audible and a few more – most of which you will likely install anyways – and that's it. Otherwise, it is exactly the same, but slightly cheaper, since Amazon does discount these a bit more.
