The Nvidia Shield TV is probably the best Android TV box in the world, offering high-end hardware and plenty of gaming goodness. Toss in a constant stream of meaningful updates over three years, and it's clear we've got a standout streaming box.

Hoping to get your hands on a discounted device? Well, Amazon U.K. has you covered for a starting price of just 129.99 pounds (~$167), down from 179.99 pounds. This doesn't include the Shield gamepad, however, so you'll have to make do with the included TV remote.

You can also grab a Shield TV bundle with a controller for 149.99 pounds (~$192), down from 189.99 pounds. In other words, you're essentially paying 20 pounds for a gamepad that usually retails for over 60 pounds.

All in all, you're getting a pretty compelling package for the price. The Shield TV supports 4K, HDR, 120Hz playback, Google Assistant, and Amazon Alexa. The best thing about the Android box might be its gaming support though, allowing you to use the GeForce Now streaming service.

Samsung Display remains the leader in global display market

The latest data from IHS Markit shows that Samsung Display has retained its dominant position as the top global smartphone display vendor in the first quarter of this year. It was able to do that as more smartphone manufacturers opted for OLED panels for their premium devices. Samsung picked up the bulk of those orders. Samsung's display affiliate is estimated to have shipped $3.4 billion worth of smartphone displays in the first quarter ending March 2019. It accounted for 40.2 percent of the smartphone display market in this period. Samsung Display also accounted for 80 percent of OLED panel supplies. Samsung Display retains its leadership It's pertinent to mention here that Samsung's Q1 market share is 6.6 percentage points lower than it was in the same period last year. T-Mobile starts rolling out Android 10 update to Galaxy Tab S6

Samsung started the rollout of Android 10 to its current-generation flagship tablet, the Galaxy Tab S6 , three months ago. One month later, Verizon released the Android 10 update to the Galaxy Tab S6 on its network. Now, T-Mobile has released the Android 10 software update to the tablet on its network in the US . The new software update with firmware version  T867USQU2BTE1 brings Android 10 to the LTE variant of the Galaxy Tab S6 (SM-T867U). It also features One UI 2.1 and the May 2020 Android security patch . The file size of the update is over 2.1GB, so we would advise you to use a Wi-Fi connection to download the new software. Although T-Mobile's changelog doesn't mention new features, the Android 10 update brings smoother animations and transitions, Google's gesture-based UI navigation, improved Dark Mode, tweaked color scheme and icons, and more. Gear S3 frontier update patches major S Voice bug

Samsung released a much-requested update for the Gear S3 frontier on Wednesday. The upgrade has been designed to patch a major bug that resulted in S Voice crashing whenever it was toggled — and from what we can tell, it’s working. The glitch itself has been running riot since May, which is around the same time the device received a routine maintenance update , leading us to believe a faulty line of code was the reason S Voice was unable to run without breaking down.
